6-Month Standard Warranty for Home and Office Furniture

All products sold by Primero are covered by a warranty period not less than 6 months. Depending on the type of product, our warranties range from 3 months to 5 years. However, you can be assured that when you shop from Primero, your item is covered under our shop-wide 6 Month Warranty, which covers the functional use of the item.

For products which warranty are not specified, they are covered under the 6-Month Warranty

Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to admin@primero.sg with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Primero Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.

What does our warranty cover?

Primero’s warranty covers any manufacturing defect that affects the functional use of the item. For example, if you have been adjusting the height of your office chair, and after 3 months, it stops working. This comes under a manufacturing defect, and affects the intended use of the item. For cases like this, do contact Primero and we’ll either replace the parts if possible, or if that’s not possible, exchange the entire chair for a new one.

However, our warranty does not cover wear and tear cases. For example, if it happens that your mesh fabric breaks due to any accidental damage, or rough handling of the office chair, we do not cover it. In such cases, Primero will try our best to sell you the replacement part at cost price. We believe that no matter the circumstance, every purchase from us is a lifelong responsibility to make sure that your product continues to serve you well.
